Lutz has more than 25 years of experience in international business consulting, program management, business development, manufacturing, and strategic exit planning. Since 2016 he has focused solely on business exit planning, business sales, mergers & acquisitions, and business valuations.
Prior to Magnus Business Group, he worked as CEO and COO in a variety of companies in industries such as electronics, telecommunication, and automotive manufacturing.
Lutz holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering from a German university. With proven success in a wide range of business areas, Lutz has a track record of designing scientifically proven growth and organizational change solutions that are strategic, sustainable, and aligned with a company’s strategy and processes.
Over the past 10 years, Lutz has successfully sold many businesses in the service industry, manufacturing, and other industries and helped prepare businesses for a transition.
For more than a decade, Lutz has successfully established European-based companies in the USA and worked with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms on international and domestic merger & acquisition projects. Lutz is a Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI), a Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP), and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and is licensed in the State of California.
