We have nine agents, a financial analyst, and an administrator. We specialize in representing owners of manufacturing, contracting, and building maintenance services, but we are also generalists representing sellers and buyers of businesses in most industries.
Having sold over 350 businesses, my experience is broad, ranging from manufacturing businesses in California, Arizona and Texas to contracting and building maintenance service businesses. I have sold a software engineering group in India and an acting & modeling school in Indiana. I am experienced in the process of preparing and selling businesses - so I can sell most any type of business.
I am a public speaker on topics related to the sale of established businesses. There is no charge to speak to accounting firms, law firms, commercial and residential real estate brokerages, financial planning groups, insurance brokerages and other professional advisory service companies.
I am active in the M&A Source, IBBA and CABB (Board of Directors 2020 - 2021). I am an associate member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association serving as a fee arbitrator.

Corporate experience includes product marketing manager for high-tech products, national sales manager, European sales manager, materials manager for both public companies and private companies. Prior to college worked as a machinery erector installing large machinery all over the US, Canada and in Taiwan. Skills included millwright, pipefitter, welder, electrician and industrial controls technician. Also ASME Certified Pressure Vessel Welder - a long time ago!!!
