SUMMARY: Presently, operating a small business specializing in business brokering, financial consulting and small business bookkeeping services. Prior business history includes owning and operating a two location specialty retail store and holding senior level financial positions in private and public companies in the USA and Europe. My career began on the audit staff with Price Waterhouse & Co in the USA and Europe progressing to Senior Audit Manager.

During the past thirteen years, worked in real estate related fields including conventional and
reverse mortgages and business brokerage. Obtained real estate salespersons license in 2006 and
real estate broker’s license in 2011 at which time began working as an independent. As a business
broker, I have been involved directly or indirectly in the listing or selling of over 50 businesses in
fields such as manufacturing, specialty foods, restaurants and retail establishments. As a consultant, I
have had a variety of assignments including expert witness, writing business plans, business valuations
and SBA financing.
