Background/Experience: Richard holds a CA Real Estate Brokers License. Extensive experience-20+ years- in commercial real estate leasing and sales prior to specializing in business sales. Active in Business Brokerage since 1998. Has been presenter on various topics at both the CABB annual productivity conference and International Business Brokers annual convention.
Has represented a broad cross section of businesses and buyers. Associate at a large business broker firm 2002-2018 where he was managing broker of their San Francisco office for over a decade. In addition, throughout his tenure there he was often among the top ten producers in a 75 associate organization.
In January 2019 joined the top Merger and Acquisition firm in the state-M&A Business Advisors as a full partner. Covers businesses throughout the Bay Area with demonstrated competency in wholesale distribution, business to business services, manufacturing and specialty retail. Will render an opinion of valuation report as first step in representation process.
